Green-ford topic - We chose this topic as the year 10's are leaving for work experience and other years (7-9) have enrichment week.

National topic - we chose this topic as the news occurs to most of the world and this news story is very serious as antibiotics could get cancelled.

London topic - we chose this topic as London is the main city of England and many viewers would be interested.

Sports topic - we chose this topic as football is one of the most watched and loved sport in the world. Football fans would enjoy knowing information of recent matches and current affairs regarding that particular sport.

Funny news - we chose this story because it was very unusual and quite interesting as a woman gave birth in public.

We broadcast these stories in this order (national, green-ford, London, sport, funny) we put these stories in this order because firstly national news occurs to everyone in the whole world. Secondly we chose the Green-ford news as it is our community. Furthermore we chose the London news as we are currently in London and it is the main city of England. After we chose the sport topic as many sports fans would be interested to know scores of matches and current affairs regarding sport. Finally, we chose funny news as usually the new is very serious and sometimes depressing so we ended it in a unusual and quite interesting way.

We made sure to have our script to the right length by writing down the main points of the news story an by having a couple of sentences for each story.

We made sure that every story was clear and easy to understand by choosing the main points.

We made sure that this broadcast was professional by making sure that the reporter had learned all the lines correctly. Also we made sure that reporter spoke in a clear and slow voice so the viewers could catch everything that they were saying.

My role in the group was the editor, I edited the sentences of the articles in our script to make it clear and easy to read.

I would rate my groups ability a 4, as we worked together to produce a great news report.

Our group could have worked more effectively by giving a vote for the most wanted role.

If I was given another chance to re-do this, I would have made sure the reporter had more time to read the lines and memorize them properly.
